The Vundo virus stikes again

vundo removal

Over the last few months it seems the vundo virus has made a big comeback.  I run a Trojan Vundo Removal site and have seen a big uptick in traffic over the last two months.  This site is not all that old but still the traffic has doubled.

For all of those infected with Vundo you already know how bad the pop-ups and re-directs can be.  The sad truth out there is most antivirus programs put little more then a dent in this.  That is not to say you are up a creek with out a paddle but chances are you are going to have to fork over a bucks to get this removed.  There is an online computer repair company we found over at this computer repair site.  This is a US based company that removes viruses and spyware online for a very reasonable price.  They also feature a no fix no fee guarantee so if they can not solve your issue you do not pay a cent.  This is a very sound way to get your computer repaired.

If you are looking for a do it yourself method then you may want to check out this rvirtumonde removal software page. This page is nice because is provides a list of software that does work to remove Vundo.

If you are infected with Vundo then that is not the only spyware program installed on your computer.  Most people who are infected also have the Zlob trojan and Smitfraud as well as a fake security product that shows bogus scan results. No free antivrus client out there will protect your computer, that is why you should consider purchasing protection.  The ones to use for vundo are Spybot search and destroy and Smitfraudfix.  Both are easy to use and can help out.
